By accessing or using Zipy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. 3. User Accounts

You may not use Zipy to track visitors on websites that contain illegal content, promote violence, or engage in any unlawful activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Zipy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zipy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Zipy makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials included therein.
12. Governing Law
